Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Job Summary
To execute the defined talent acquisition strategy, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner with hiring managers and sourcing specialists to manage the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set expectations with hiring managers regarding timelines and market insights while managing 12-15 requisitions simultaneously
- Collaborate with TA Sourcing Specialists to define recruitment strategies and actively source candidates
- Monitor the applicant tracking system to ensure qualified applicants progress through the interview process and extend offers to candidates
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters
- Experience working collaboratively with hiring managers across functions
- Ability to leverage data and reports to demonstrate hiring efforts' results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
