Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Job Summary

To execute the talent acquisition strategy, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner with Hiring Managers and TA Sourcing Specialists to define recruiting strategies, manage requisitions, and guide candidates through the interview process, all while working remotely or from any office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Set expectations with Hiring Managers regarding timelines and market insights
• Manage 12-15 requisitions, ensuring data quality and candidate progression in the applicant tracking system
• Extend offers to candidates and mentor junior TA team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with hiring managers
• Ability to leverage data and reports to demonstrate hiring results
• Strong organizational and time management skills
