Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary

To support staffing efforts in the Data Center Operations organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead recruitment initiatives, including drafting job descriptions, managing interview processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws during a temporary contract role covering a leave for 4-5 months.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Manages the job posting and advertisement processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Completes initial candidate screenings and assists in the interview process, providing insights and recommendations to the hiring team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• Previous experience recruiting in the telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with Lever experience preferred
• Bilingual in French and English is required
