Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Data Center Operations organization, the full-time contract Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead staffing efforts by attracting and screening qualified candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and managing the interview process in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Manage job postings, candidate communication, and initial screenings to recommend candidates for interviews
• Assist in the interview process and drive feedback sessions with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with employment laws

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• Previous recruiting experience in the telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with preference for Lever
• Bilingual in French and English is required
