Job Summary

Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant will provide strategic recruiting support for high-volume hiring in financial services, managing the full lifecycle recruiting process and enhancing the candidate experience remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from intake to offer
• Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume professional or financial services roles
• Experience partnering with business leaders on talent strategies
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
