Key responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR leadership to understand staffing demands and align recruitment efforts accordingly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing/Sales, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 5 years of recruitment experience
- Preferred 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience and 1 year of talent sourcing experience
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred
