Job Summary

Leading scalable talent acquisition delivery, the full-time Professional Talent Stream Director will oversee recruiting for corporate and shared services functions, ensuring the organization meets current hiring demands and future workforce priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategy and lead recruiting delivery against hiring demand and quality goals
• Develop and manage Senior Managers and recruiting teams to drive performance and accountability
• Serve as a talent advisor to business leaders, providing insights on labor market conditions and hiring risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in talent acquisition or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale recruiting teams through managers
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Strong data literacy and experience using data to guide recruiting strategy
• Proven capability to develop talent at all organizational levels
