Job Summary
Overseeing staffing operations and programs, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Director will direct all recruiting activities and operational processes while ensuring compliance with regulations in a remote work environment.

- Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience
- Preferred certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts with an emphasis on staffing processes and employment law
- Proficient in using HRIS and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications
