Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote role will manage talent acquisition strategies, oversee recruitment execution, and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while personally handling key searches.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and drive a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning priorities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and critical roles, modeling best practices for the team
• Champion the employer brand and enhance the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing a requisition load while leading a team
• Proven track record of designing scalable talent acquisition strategies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate talent data into actionable insights
