Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Lead will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent in the wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across various roles, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
- Provide coaching and best-practice guidance to the recruiting team while standardizing processes and metrics
- Support the implementation and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module to enhance recruiting workflows and analytics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in wealth management or financial services
- Experience in a lead or mentoring role within a recruiting environment
- Strong competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms
