Job Summary
Leading a team of Recruiters, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Lead will drive data-driven recruiting efforts, establish best practices, and cultivate strategic partnerships with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent in alignment with the company's mission.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the US recruitment and sourcing team
- Develop market intelligence and share insights with leadership to enhance recruiting strategies
- Create and implement an Early Careers strategy to attract and nurture a diverse workforce
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in recruiting and people management, preferably in a global technical environment
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting metrics and analytical reporting
- Proven project management skills
- Experience working on a global scale is preferred
- Awareness of employment and equality legislation for North America
