Job Summary
To support the recruitment of AI/ML and senior Engineering roles, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner Lead will own full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with technical leaders, and enhance the recruiting team's sourcing and assessment capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D roles, focusing on AI/ML and senior Engineering talent
- Partner with technical hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Guide candidates through compensation discussions and champion a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in technical full-cycle recruiting, particularly in AI/ML and senior Engineering roles
- Deep understanding of technical talent markets and the ability to assess candidates' scope and impact
- Proven track record of closing senior or hard-to-fill technical candidates
- Experience in coaching and supporting fellow recruiters to improve their skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance a demanding recruiting portfolio
