Leading the full talent function, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee a team of 20-30 recruiters and sourcers, shaping strategy and driving outcomes across Research, Engineering, GTM, and Operations while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire talent function, setting strategy and driving performance across multiple hiring verticals
- Shape Talent Operations by optimizing ATS configuration, headcount tracking, and hiring metrics
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing market intelligence and guidance on talent acquisition strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading large talent acquisition functions in high-growth companies
- Hands-on recruiting experience with a strong track record of filling hundreds of roles annually
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective recruiting processes and systems
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and retaining recruiting talent
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
