Job Summary

Experienced in multi-state recruitment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will own full-cycle recruiting across the US, focusing on building teams for newly acquired portfolio companies in logistics and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the US, including newly acquired companies
• Partner with leadership to develop hiring plans and navigate state-to-state hiring complexities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in multi-state or multi-site hiring
• Deep understanding of state-to-state hiring complexities and compensation benchmarking
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight recruitment is a plus
• Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies effectively
• Strong process-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach
