Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Summary
Leading recruitment operations, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a team of recruiting professionals, develop and execute recruiting strategies, and ensure compliance with hiring practices while driving team performance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities and collaborate with business leaders to meet workforce needs
- Develop staffing strategies and provide guidance to recruiters to ensure consistent execution of Talent Acquisition processes
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate results to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Six (6) plus years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Two (2) plus years of leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting strategies and applicable employment laws
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies, including AI and automation tools
