Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing hiring initiative, the part-time contract Talent Acquisition Manager will provide hands-on recruiting capacity, partner with hiring managers, and develop strategies to source high-performing candidates in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize talent requirements for go-to-market roles
• Source and engage candidates through creative strategies, including market mapping and targeted outreach
• Track and report on talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches and areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing technology environment
• Strong headhunting skills with the ability to adapt between volume hiring and retained-search approaches
• Experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector
• Proficiency with productivity and recruitment tools
• Available for an initial six-month engagement with potential for extension
