Job Summary
Leading the agency and corporate staffing functions, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will drive staffing requirements, develop creative engagement strategies, and manage recruiting operations while overseeing North American recruiting teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement across all levels
- Lead recruiting operations and build scalable talent strategies across various sectors
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and talent needs analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management, including agency and corporate staffing
- 3+ years of agency/staffing-specific experience in recruiter and manager roles
- Experience leading North American or global recruiting teams and managing recruiting budgets
- Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms and operational reporting tools
