Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to define search parameters and provides market insights to guide recruitment strategies
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies
• Facilitates the selection process by interviewing candidates and partnering with HR and compensation teams to finalize job offers

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience with at least 6 years in recruitment, including 2 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
• Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering full cycle recruitment services and negotiating with outside search partners
• Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry and expertise in using ATS systems and social media for recruitment
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of meeting multiple deadlines efficiently
