Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Summary
To support MPG's continued growth, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, and ensure a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a world-class candidate experience from pre-application through onboarding
- Source, recruit, and staff individuals for various positions while consulting with managers on their staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with reporting requirements and generate recruiting reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business, HR, or Marketing
- 5-7 years of experience as a high-performing HR representative with recruiting experience
- Experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units
- Experience supporting onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting best practices
