Job Summary
Leading the recruitment and selection process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure efficient and compliant hiring practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and coaching
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with team management experience preferred
- Proven track record of developing successful talent acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing and onboarding
- Demonstrated experience in managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related technologies
