Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruitment initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will drive the organization's talent acquisition strategy, manage a high-performing team, and partner with business leaders to ensure the attraction and hiring of top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent across various functions and geographies
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams in complex organizations
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
