Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end hiring process, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with various departments to enhance employer branding, implement AI-driven recruitment strategies, and manage candidate pipelines, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the requisition management process from intake through offer, focusing on technical and clinical hiring
- Develop and maintain employer brand assets and advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies and interview design
- Implement AI tools in recruitment workflows and measure hiring outcomes to continuously improve sourcing and screening processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10+ years in talent acquisition, with 4-5 years in recruiting process or program strategy in a technology environment
- Direct experience with AI-driven ATS features and recruiting automation platforms
- Experience recruiting for technical, data, or life sciences roles is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and familiarity with AI-assisted candidate engagement tools
