Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition function, the remote Talent Acquisition Manager will manage requisition and workforce governance, oversee ATS operations, and coordinate pre-employment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approved headcount and open requisitions, ensuring compliance with documentation and approvals
• Serve as the process owner for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and coordinating interview logistics
• Compile and analyze recruiting metrics, presenting insights to leadership for process improvement and workforce planning

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience administering an ATS, with UKG Ready experience preferred
• Experience coordinating staffing agencies or contingent workforce processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably UKG Ready
