Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, enhance candidate experience, and drive consistency in recruiting processes within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a world-class candidate experience from pre-application through onboarding
- Source, recruit, and staff individuals for various positions while consulting with managers on their staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with reporting requirements and generate recruiting reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business, HR, or Marketing
- 5-7 years of experience as a high-performing HR representative with recruiting experience
- Experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units
- Ability to create and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Team-player mindset with a willingness to collaborate and act independently
