Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Owning the talent acquisition and employee engagement strategy, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Manager will design recruiting processes, enhance employee retention, and manage contractor relationships while collaborating closely with the executive team and hiring managers across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives, including onboarding and culture surveys
• Manage the lifecycle of contractors and freelancers, ensuring compliance and smooth operational processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people programs, with experience in technology companies
• Proven success in recruiting technical talent, including engineering and data science roles
• Experience with ATS systems and running behavioral assessments like the Predictive Index
• Hands-on experience with employee engagement, recognition, and onboarding programs
• Familiarity with U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance requirements
