Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and operations of recruiting systems, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will manage the recruiting tech stack, build scalable processes, and ensure data hygiene while partnering with recruiters and People teams to streamline the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration and operation of recruiting systems, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality
• Develop and document scalable processes to support increasing headcount and hiring volume
• Manage data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems, ensuring accurate records and trustworthy dashboards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including systems administration and process design
• 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams
• Proven ability to build and document repeatable processes that support data hygiene
• Strong command of ATS platforms and recruiting/scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
