Job Summary

Leading the transformation of global talent acquisition infrastructure, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will oversee recruiting systems, drive operational excellence, and enhance the end-to-end hiring experience as the company scales for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the end-to-end recruiting process, focusing on operational rigor, data, and candidate experience
• Own program strategy and execution for recruiting programs, including metrics and reporting for executive leadership
• Manage recruiting tools and systems, ensuring effective workflows and data integrity across the team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, with 3+ years in recruiting operations at a high-growth tech or SaaS company
• Experience with modern ATS, preferably Ashby, and a track record of building recruiting processes
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating recruiting dashboards
• Proven project and change management skills, with the ability to align stakeholders
• Global experience preferred, with a strong aptitude for AI and automation
