Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner for high-volume recruiting, this full-time position will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades and business-support roles, focusing on HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to onboarding for high-volume skilled trades positions
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights for informed hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades or home services
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via various platforms, including job boards and networking
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Proactive team-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
