Job Summary

To support a growing business unit, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner will engage in full-cycle recruiting for Service Sales, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies for sourcing and assessing top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including passive recruiting and Boolean searching
• Ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers to understand their needs and sell opportunities to candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
