Job Summary

To support corporate recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, source, and engage top talent while collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and deliver a world-class candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 0-5 years of recruiting or related HR experience, with proven experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including passive recruiting and Boolean searching
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
• Eagerness to learn full-cycle recruiting practices and adapt to the construction industry's hiring needs
