Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the temporary full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruiting for complex roles, focusing on creating high-quality hiring experiences while working remotely with a strong preference for candidates based in the Atlanta area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex roles with an emphasis on quality and candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and talent markets
- Partner with hiring managers on structured interviews and candidate assessment processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience or equivalent
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Go-to-Market functions
- Ability to manage complex requisitions while balancing competing priorities
- Experience recruiting in global, technical, or commercial environments
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to influence hiring decisions
