Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

To support company growth, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, source, and engage top talent while collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies for the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure a world-class candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including Boolean searching and passive recruiting
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
