Required qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates
- Established professional network built through meaningful relationships over the course of your career
- Relationship-first approach to recruiting, prioritizing quality placements over quantity
- Comfort and fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology
- Familiarity with the EMEA/UK recruiting landscape is a plus
