Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment for WM Partners and its portfolio companies, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on sourcing digital talent, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting onboarding processes while collaborating with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned full-cycle searches, from intake through onboarding, with an emphasis on digital roles
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain communication to ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and applicant tracking systems to improve recruiting workflows and maintain accurate records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Approximately four to six years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated success in managing searches independently across multiple functions and levels
• Strong passive-candidate sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI-enabled recruiting tools
