Job Summary
To support a growing team, the contract Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and go-to-market roles, partnering with hiring managers and delivering a positive candidate experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expedite hiring decisions
- Proactively source and engage passive talent to build diverse candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity
- Proven success in hiring for technical and go-to-market roles
- Strong sourcing skills with advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Hands-on experience with an ATS; familiarity with Lever is a plus
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions or time zones is highly desirable
