Job Summary

Supporting hiring and people initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the US, Canada, and India while contributing to employee engagement and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and job descriptions
• Support employee engagement through surveys, action plans, and culture initiatives
• Assist in talent management processes, including performance reviews and career development plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Psychology
• 3-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven experience hiring for roles in North America and India
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and HRIS, preferably Zoho Recruit and Zoho People
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with talent market mapping and competitor research
