Job Summary

Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and align hiring with business objectives in a highly regulated environment.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Streamline recruitment processes through AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
• Design an exceptional candidate experience and foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic recruitment and AI utilization
• Proven track record of leading recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in talent acquisition within a highly regulated industry
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
