Job Summary

To drive talent acquisition initiatives, the full-time Field Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring teams to execute recruitment strategies, promote the employment brand, and manage the full recruitment cycle, all while working remotely from the New York area.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to implement recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Utilize social networking and other mediums to enhance employment branding and attract top talent
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with the applicant tracking system (ATS) while reporting on key hiring metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience in recruiting for entry-level, professional, and technical positions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an automated ATS
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
