Job Summary
As a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner working remotely, the successful candidate will execute talent acquisition strategies, partner with hiring managers and sourcing specialists, and manage the recruitment process to attract and select top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Set expectations with hiring managers regarding timelines and talent pool insights
- Collaborate with TA Sourcing Specialists to define recruitment strategies and source candidates
- Manage an average of 12-15 requisitions while ensuring data quality in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with hiring managers
- Ability to leverage data and reports to demonstrate hiring results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
