Job Summary

To enhance the candidate experience for critical roles in behavioral health, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment of therapists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants while utilizing sourcing tools and strategies to achieve high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit therapists and related roles, engaging with candidates to assess qualifications and career goals
• Utilize cold calling and direct sourcing techniques to build a talent pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidate needs and monitor candidate workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in healthcare or therapy roles
• Experience with post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar positions
• Knowledge of federal regulations affecting the employment process
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
