Job Summary

To support priority hiring needs for specialized engineering and technical positions across multiple states in the South region, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and collaboration with hiring leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for engineering and technical roles in the South region
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess candidates' fit for available opportunities
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on sourcing activity and candidate pipelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates for specialized positions
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing methods
• Experience building targeted sourcing strategies and managing candidate pipelines
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
