Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will source, engage, evaluate, and hire candidates while ensuring exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates in collaboration with hiring managers
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process
• Create ongoing pipelines of prospective candidates using various recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with healthcare recruitment
• Experience within an academic medical center
• Advanced skills in recruiting needs assessment and interviewing
