Job Summary

Managing the full recruiting lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will source, assess, and select top talent while building relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through strategic networking, research, and proactive outreach
• Conduct phone screens and interviews using behavioral-based techniques
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in a recruiting role
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online candidate sourcing tools
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
