Talent Acquisition Partner, Construction

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract Talent Acquisition Partner, Construction will engage in full-cycle recruiting for Construction Accounting/Finance professionals while working remotely and collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including passive recruiting and Boolean searching
• Ability to effectively communicate and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
