Job Summary

To enhance the global hiring experience, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Process Lead will manage and improve recruiting processes, tools, and operational models while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring clear communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a steward of key recruiting processes, maintaining clarity and alignment around workflows and standards
• Lead high-visibility initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the global recruiting organization
• Develop communication strategies to keep recruiting teams informed and aligned on new processes and tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or talent acquisition operations
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering transformative initiatives
• Experience working within recruiting organizations and understanding the end-to-end hiring lifecycle
• Proficiency with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Smart Sheets)
• Strong ability to translate strategy into operational execution
