Job Summary

To execute full lifecycle recruiting for mid to senior level corporate and operational roles, the contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage requisitions, source top talent, and ensure compliance with federal recruiting standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Source candidates using various techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pool
• Collaborate with hiring managers to promote effective hiring practices and track recruiting activities in accordance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably for mid to senior levels
• Experience recruiting within government contracting, DoD, or federal consulting environments
• Proficiency using effective sourcing methodologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• General understanding of HR practices and federal compliance regulations
