Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Summary
To execute full lifecycle recruiting for Defense and Intelligence Community programs, the contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will work remotely to source, screen, and close high-cleared candidates while partnering with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to promote effective hiring practices and track recruiting activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of related full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Agency recruiting background with experience in cleared positions
- Proficiency in sourcing high-level security clearances within the DoD and Intelligence community
- Prior experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
