Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary

Providing full life cycle recruitment support, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter will identify, screen, interview, and acquire top talent for critical positions while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct position kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand required skills for open positions
• Develop and execute recruitment plans in partnership with hiring managers and sourcing specialists, focusing on diverse candidate slates
• Manage candidate interviews and maintain accurate records while providing proactive updates to hiring leaders

Required qualifications:

• Minimum one year of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
• Previous experience developing recruitment plans with hiring leaders is preferred
• Experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is highly desired but not required
