Job Summary

Delivering high-quality recruitment support, the full-time Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full cycle recruiting for assigned functions while contributing to broader talent acquisition strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing guidance on talent market conditions and hiring strategies
• Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles while promoting employer brand messaging
• Support offer development and negotiations in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences across job levels
• Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR professionals
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices
