Job Summary

To support the hiring needs across multiple sites, the full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, and R&D roles while proactively sourcing and engaging candidates in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for key roles within Operations, Engineering, and R&D across multiple locations
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations based on market conditions
• Source and engage passive candidates using various channels, while maintaining talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required
• Strong sourcing capabilities with experience in high-volume or technical recruiting
• Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of ATS platforms, particularly Workday, and modern sourcing tools
• Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers effectively
